REFUND POLICY
WinningAppearance.com generally cannot offer refunds.

Contact after 72 hours
If the request for a refund is received more than 72 hours after the ad was ordered (paid for) there will be no refund. We will change any error made by WinningAppearance.com, but we will not issue a refund.

Contact within the first 72 hours
We can issue a 50% refund if the ad has not posted to the website. If you inadvertently created a duplicate ad on the WinningAppearance.com website, the duplicate ads must have been paid for by the same credit card, if the duplicate ads were paid for by the same credit card, a full refund will be issued for the least expensive listing package. Corrections to inaccuracies of an ad will be made at no charge.
